We’re getting far enough into the year to start to see the closed data from spring contracts start to paint a picture. In another month, we will have 6 months of closed sale data to review and compare. Up until this point, things have felt better….but were they really? There are some positive indicators in the May numbers. I look forward to comparing things year over year at the half way point of 2012. In the meantime, check out the May stats.
It’s interesting to note the months of inventory for the City of Charlottesville. Now under 6 months. Most consider inventory levels of around 6 months a balanced market.
